    Avg. streak: 1.929 games.
Avg. Total Winnings (including possible ToC): $30,755

    ToC projection update:
With a projected 81 regular-play games to go prior to the Tournament of Champions cutoff, after 250,000 simulations, our model shows:
An average of 2.9908 5+-time champions (standard deviation 1.3383).
An average of 4.6246 4+-time champions (standard deviation 1.6275).

An early cutoff took place 12.794% of the time (or a 5-game winner will be left out).

Nilanka Seneviratne qualified 9.312% of the time.
Tim Kutz qualified 63.816% of the time.
Todd Giese qualified 22.538% of the time.
Rob Liguori qualified 4.848% of the time.
Fred Vaughn qualified 0.856% of the time.

(Note: Due to the possibility of a WGA strike, I feel that it is more accurate for ToC projections to add 20 games to the end of the previous projected qualifying period.)

    Miscellany:

    • Judging note: Eagle-eyed viewers may note that while on the DIFFER BY A LETTER $1000 clue, Joanne’s lights appeared to have extinguished. However, those lights are not the official timing (as they start counting down after Joanne signals). Those lights had already lost significant time by the time Alex actually called on Joanne to respond, and the judges were correct to accept her response on that clue.
