Andy’s Pre-Game Thoughts:

Today’s match between Lisa Ann Walter, Mira Sorvino, and Utkarsh Ambudkar is certainly going to be an interesting one! As I said in my preview, Lisa Ann has the most number of net attempts, but also the least amount of success on the signalling device. To me, that means that this game may come down to how well Lisa Ann does on that buzzer. Sarah Foss, on Inside Jeopardy, has also hinted that this was her favorite match of the season; that’s making me look forward to it even more!

Another reminder that I have started a Sunday mailbag column where I answer fan & viewer questions regarding the show. If you have a question, feel free to send it to mailbag@thejeopardyfan.com!

3 Comments on "Celebrity Jeopardy! Game Recap – Tuesday, January 2, 2024"

  1. So sorry Mira Sorvino didn’t win Final Jeopardy. She was AWESOME! On the downside, I feel she needs to exert a bit more confidence in herself. But otherwise, a lovely actress. I admire her for the cause she was playing for.

  2. Go Lisa Ann!! She is so smart.

  3. My first thought was Helen Mirren but I realized in the last few seconds that it was probably Olivia Coleman [I’ve had Netflix for years but have never watched ‘The Crown’]. I would not have been able to change my response in time if I’d had to write it down at that point.
