After one of the most dramatic finishes in Jeopardy! Universe history in yesterday’s second semifinal, today’s third semifinal features a pair of strong champions in the AMC B-Listers and Oakland Spirit Tunnel taking on the top non-winning team of The Oneders. I would not be surprised in the slightest if today’s game went down to Final Jeopardy, with the winner advancing to take on One Baddie After Another and Snake Juice, No Pulp.

The last two films to receive Oscar nominations in all four acting categories were Silver Linings Playbook (2012, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro, Jacki Weaver) and American Hustle (2013, Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence), with Lawrence’s role in American Hustle the only of the eight nominations to win. Both films were directed by David O. Russell.
I’ll be honest: this is both a difficult Final and an eminently fair one in Pop Culture Jeopardy; I would consider it to be Masters-level on the main show, but the list of films to receive nominations in all four acting categories is a list of things that Pop Culture Jeopardy! contestants should have looked at prior to appearing.
