Overall Thoughts: I’m cheering for Kate in this quarterfinal. One thing that I’ve definitely found in these events is that anything can happen, anyone can win, and that the seeds don’t really matter as much.

Overall Thoughts: All three players in this game are no slouches. Amal’s methodical play won’t get him anywhere in this match—the show will just use judicious editing to make sure all 61 clues get played. I could see any of these three players winning this quarterfinal.
