Correct response: What is The Twilight Zone?

The iconic theme to The Twilight Zone began being used in Season #2 of the famous television anthology series as a splicing together of a pair of CBS library cues: “Etrange 3 (Strange No. 3)” and “Milieu 2 (Middle No. 2)”. Both had been composed specifically for CBS’s library by French avant-garde composer Marius Constant. It was the idea of CBS music together Lud Gluskin to splice together the two cues and did an excellent job of evoking the “reality…with a twist” of the show itself.
This clue is one that will probably play easier at home amongst older viewers than it will play in-studio today. The writers do this from time to time, as Jeopardy! is as much a game for the viewers to play along and test themselves at home as it is a competition in the studio. No, this is not sufficient reason to start shaming anyone for not knowing this. (Often, popular culture questions from before or after one’s time are among the most difficult trivia questions for a person.)
Since Alex Trebek’s diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer, many community members have been raising money. The Jeopardy! Fan Online Store is as well!
