Indonesia has the largest Muslim population of any country in the world, with Pakistan second. Interestingly, India is third even though its Muslim population is only about 14% of its total of 1.37 billion (Bangladesh is fourth). Many Muslims can be found in the states of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Bihar.
Since Alex Trebek’s diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer, many community members have been raising money. The Jeopardy! Fan Online Store is as well! Andy’s Thoughts:
- I am mildly surprised that the judges elected to accept Jerry Lewis instead of Jerry Lee Lewis in PLAYING THE SINGER ON FILM $1200, considering that they are two distinctly different people in the same field (in fact, I would consider it akin to accepting John Adams for a clue about John Quincy Adams. Thankfully, this did not affect the outcome of the game itself. I think I’m going to consider this a rare misstep from the judging panel here. Please also note that this is a fan site with no ties to the show; I did not personally make this call and am generally not a fan of comments here that fail to make this distinction. Meanwhile: good luck to the show’s publicity team over the next few days as they’re probably going to be inundated over this one.
I was a big fan of Chloe’s handwriting on her contestant podium; I’ve put up a picture of it below.
- As a viewer who is a fan of excitement, I was found wanting in terms of Paul’s betting style on Daily Doubles in this game. The first one ($800 box, very early in Double Jeopardy with a big lead) was ripe for a bold and aggressive wager which did not happen.
