In his three wins thus far, 3-day champion Emmett Stanton has yet to lead going into Final Jeopardy—however, the win is counted after the round, and not before it. The Baltimore writer who has been dubbed “the comeback kid” by host Ken Jennings will face another stiff challenge today from retired CPA Martha Bath and sports journalist Christopher Pennant.

I am aware that this game does not match what is on the show’s website. However, it does match both my local TV listings, others’ TV listings, and game matches up with the “Clue of the Day” (this game’s third Daily Double) as published in the physical version of today’s New York Times. Thus, I have good reason to believe that we’ll be seeing this encore presentation from last September on our TV screens.

What happened to Luigi de Guzman? He lost in his sixth game.

The famous photograph is of famed physicist Albert Einstein sticking his tongue out; leaving Einstein’s 72nd birthday party in Princeton, New Jersey, the paparazzi descended on the car that Einstein was getting in. He stuck his tongue out at them briefly and turned away; Arthur Sasse got the photograph. Einstein ended up loving the photo so much that he asked for prints of it to go on greeting cards.
