Celebrity Jeopardy! Game Recap – Friday, March 13, 2026

Are you looking for today’s syndicated Jeopardy! recap? Find that here!

Warning: This page may contain spoilers for the March 13, 2026 game of Celebrity Jeopardy!—especially if you live west of the Eastern or Central time zones. This page will be updated as the show airs in the Eastern time zone.

Today’s Celebrity Jeopardy! contestants:

Katie Nolan, a sports media personality & host, playing for the Trevor Project
Katie Nolan on Celebrity Jeopardy!
Mark Duplass, an actor, writer & producer, playing for the Soul Points Fund
Mark Duplass on Celebrity Jeopardy!
Rachel Dratch, an actress & podcaster, playing for Family Reach
Rachel Dratch on Celebrity Jeopardy!

Pre-Game Stats:

Rachel Dratch (34.3% chance of victory):

75 correct, 1 incorrect
6/6 on rebound attempts (on 14 rebound opportunities)
38.10% in first on buzzer (64/168)
3/4 on Daily Doubles (Net Earned: $3,000)
2/2 in Final Jeopardy
Average Coryat: $20,850

In Season 2, SNL alumna Rachel had an epic battle with Macaulay Culkin (with a historic performance on the side from Becky Lynch) before bowing out in the semis to Mo Rocca.

Mark Duplass (31.8% chance of victory):

32 correct, 6 incorrect
3/6 on rebound attempts (on 12 rebound opportunities)
33.33% in first on buzzer (28/84)
2/3 on Daily Doubles (Net Earned: -$500)
1/1 in Final Jeopardy
Average Coryat: $17,200

Mark Duplass lost in the quarterfinals of Season 2 to Utkarsh Ambudkar, but did pick up 32 correct responses and likely would have won had it not been for a late missed Daily Double.

Katie Nolan (33.9% chance of victory):

102 correct, 11 incorrect
12/13 on rebound attempts (on 22 rebound opportunities)
35.18% in first on buzzer (89/253)
7/9 on Daily Doubles (Net Earned: $23,000)
1/3 in Final Jeopardy
Average Coryat: $18,033

Katie reached the finals of Season 2 before losing to Lisa Ann Walter.

Andy’s Pre-Game Thoughts:

Welcome to a new season of Celebrity Jeopardy! All Stars. 21 players—including past champions Ike Barinholtz, Lisa Ann Walter, and W. Kamau Bell—have been invited back to battle against each other. Our three champs have been seeded into the semi-finals and will be seen again in May. In the meantime, the 18 other returnees will do battle in the quarter-final round. Quarterfinal #1 features Rachel Dratch, Mark Duplass, and Katie Nolan. As you can see above, the Unified Prediction Model think that all three of our players here have a relatively equal chance of victory. All three of our players averaged between 30–40 correct responses per game in their past appearances and thus I would say this game will come down to who can find the six Daily Doubles.

As the game airs tonight (ABC in the United States, CTV in Canada, at 8:00 Eastern/7:00 Central), I will be updating the page at each commercial break with a recap of that segment, as well as with stats up to that point of the game.

Mark definitely did not go “SAT prep mode” this time out.
Rachel has been called “one to watch out for”; Rachel disagrees.

Rachel found the Daily Double, getting it correct and impressing her fellow competitors. Rachel led Katie by $400 after 30 clues.

Katie 10 correct 0 incorrect
Mark 3 correct 1 incorrect

Rachel found both Daily Doubles back-to-back to extend her lead. Mark did get on a bit of a roll, though, just before the third break. After 45 clues, the scores were Rachel $9,300 Katie $5,200 Mark $3,500. I should note as well at this point that I am really enjoying just how much the celebrities are able to show some personality and have great rapport with both each other as well as Ken.

Statistics at the third break (45 clues):

Rachel 17 correct 2 incorrect
Katie 14 correct 0 incorrect
Mark 7 correct 1 incorrect

Today’s second interviews:

Katie got to talk to Sam Buttrey and Andrew He.
Mark really wants to meet Ike Barinholtz in the final.
Rachel got kudos from Kieran Culkin for defeating Macaulay the first time.

Katie had the best time after the interviews, picking up half a dozen correct to cut into Rachel’s lead slightly. There are still three Daily Doubles to go in Triple Jeopardy, though!

Triple Jeopardy! Round:

(Categories: Presidential Roasts; Awards Speeches: Who Said It?; Translate The Common Phrase; Signs & The City; ChatGPT Prompts & Queries; Never Call Sol)

The Daily Doubles got split three ways—Rachel was the only one incorrect, though, and that gave Katie a lead entering Final Jeopardy.

Mark 17 correct 3 incorrect
Total number of unplayed clues this season: 0 (0 today).

Mark $13,200

Final Jeopardy correct response: What is the koala?

Katie was the only player correct in Final, putting the exclamation point on her own “perfect game” (33 correct including Final, 0 incorrect) as she advances to the semifinals!

Tonight’s results:

Mark $13,200 – $13,200 = $0 (What is the kangaroo?)
Rachel $15,400 – $9,101 = $6,299 (What is an opossum?)
Katie $21,700 + $9,101 = $30,801 (What is koala?) (Semi-Finalist)

8/10 on Daily Doubles (Net Earned: $28,000)
2/4 in Final Jeopardy
Average Coryat: $18,000

Andy’s Thoughts:

  • Why did both Rachel and Katie wager $9,101? Well, it’s Katie’s proper wager. I’m guessing Rachel made a mistake under pressure and decided calculated Katie’s best wager accidentally, and not her own best wager.

Final Jeopardy! wagering suggestions:

(Scores: Katie $21,700 Rachel $15,400 Mark $13,200)

Rachel: If you think Mark will bet small, bet no more than $1,599. If you think Mark will bet big, bet $11,001 to cover him. (Actual bet: $9,101)

Mark: If Katie is incorrect, she falls to $12,599. I’d limit my bet here to $599. (Actual bet: $13,200)

Katie: Standard cover bet is $9,101. (Actual bet: $9,101)

  1. I’m incredibly happy that Katie won – she’s been one of my favorite players (if not my absolute favorite) to come out of the expanded Celebrity tournament structure, and I look forward to seeing her play again in a few weeks!
