Warning: This page contains spoilers for the May 20, 2025, second game of Jeopardy! Masters — please do not scroll down if you wish to avoid being spoiled. It will be updated alongside the Eastern Time airing of the show, beginning at about 9:30 PM Eastern.
This game’s Jeopardy! Masters contestants:
Matt Amodio, a quantitative researcher from New York, New York (46-18, 2 points)
Isaac Hirsch, a customer support team lead from Burbank, California (12-7, 3 points)
Juveria Zaheer, a psychiatrist from Whitby, Ontario, Canada (8-5, 3 points)
Andy’s Pregame Thoughts:
Our second game of Jeopardy! Masters this week features Juveria Zaheer, Isaac Hirsch, and Matt Amodio. This is a crucial game for all three players, especially for Matt in sixth place—the only player remaining in the competition without a victory thus far. That said, the Unified Prediction Model does think Matt has the best chance of winning today at 39.5%, to Juveria’s 33.5% and Isaac’s 27.0%. Much like the first game, while Matt is favored to win this game, Juveria has the best overall odds of winning the tournament of these three players at +590; Matt’s odds right now are +750 while Isaac’s is +820.

Final Jeopardy! wagering suggestions:
(Scores: Juveria $19,800 Matt $18,000 Isaac $5,000)
Juveria: Cover bet is $16,201. However, because Matt is very likely to bet no more than $7,999, the Shore’s Conjecture wager of $6,201 also works very well here. (Actual bet: $6,201)
Isaac: Bet no more than $1,400 in case Juveria covers. (Actual bet: $10)
Matt: Bet no more than $7,999 to keep Isaac locked out. (Actual bet: $3,000)
