Andy’s Pre-Game Thoughts:
This week’s Celebrity Jeopardy! matchup is between Corbin Bleu (Chad in High School Musical), Natalie Morales (Monica Beltran on Gray’s Anatomy and the upcoming film My Dead Friend Zoe) and stand-up comedian Chris Distefano. In case viewers need reminding, High School Musical and Gray’s Anatomy are two of the most iconic series of the 21st century—saying you have not heard of these celebrities is not the flex you think it is.
If you’ve missed any of the episodes so far and want to catch up, set your DVR: ABC is playing Episodes 2 through 5 as Super Bowl counterprogramming from 7:00 to 11:00 PM Eastern on Sunday.

Natalie seemed to get mental blocks on things she actually knew (such as bidet) so I wish her better luck on her next game (even though some might see it as just luck that she won this one).
BTW, right off I was pretty sure that the FJ clue probably referenced Post It notes (even though I had no memory of the guy’s name and did not recall the hymnal story).
When the Final Jeopardy answer clue wasshown (read) from where I don’t know, I thought PostIt notes, and, rejected it, because I didn’t how it fit theanswer clue. When Lisa’s response of “What is Post It?” was revealed to be the correct response, I was flabbergasted.
Andy, you don’t SEEM to have “hard and fast” rule about providing “more info” about correct responses to Final Jeopardy, this is onecasewhere I wish you had posted more info.”
I had heard that they produced that semi-sticky glue accidentally (though they WERE working on new glues, not on lollipops or something) and it only gradually dawned on them that it could actually be very useful. [Nowadays I pay extra for “super sticky” Post-Its, which still peel off easily without leaving a residue, because the originals don’t stick well enough on wood, glass, etc.]
In case anyone wanted to know more about the story behind Post-It notes, I did a little Googling and found 3M’s official history of Post-It notes at the Post-It web site. It tells of the developments of the Post-It adhesive to Fry’s “Million Dollar Idea ” and beyond.
