Andy’s Pregame Thoughts:
Our third quarterfinal is between Game Night Rules (Episode 24), ‘Nother Scorcher (Episode 16) and In Our Jeopardy! Era (Episode 18). My best guess from the episode numbering is that the winners of this game will likely be facing off against the winners of quarterfinals #4 and #5, airing next week.

Andy’s Thoughts:
- I feel like putting this game immediately after Episode 29 was an interesting choice.
- Today’s box score will be linked to when posted by the show.
Final Jeopardy! wagering suggestions:
(Scores: ‘Nother Scorcher 13,800 Game Night Rules 9,200 In Our Jeopardy! Era! 0)
Game Night Rules: If you think Scorcher will make the cover bet: bet 0. If you think they won’t: bet everything. (Actual bet: 9,200)
‘Nother Scorcher: Standard cover bet is 4,601. Because “all in” is viable for them if they don’t think you will cover, it’s better for your win chances overall to make the cover bet, even though it does drop you to one below their pre-Final Jeopardy score. (Actual bet: 4,601)

I feel so bad about not getting FJ! because I LOVED that show (but it has been quite a while since that 2019 episode). However, I have actually never seen ‘Only Lovers Left Alive’, ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’, ‘Blade’, nor the ‘Buffy’ movie, so I’m guessing that at the time I saw the episode, I was not aware they weren’t just ordinary cameos.
