Our opening game of Week 3 of Pop Culture Jeopardy sees the Space Cowboys, Lower Shoulder, and On The Bubble battle in the opening round; all three teams would love a spot in the quarter-finals. In case you didn’t notice, over the past week, all 81 teams were unveiled over at popculturejeopardy.com; there are some teams that I am very much looking forward to watching—including a pair of teams later in the competition with players who honed their skills at a bar named Squirrel Tooth Alice’s in Guelph back in the day!
One other thing I’m finding amusing is that some episodes of this series are rated 13+ by Prime Video, while others are 7+. (This one is 13+.)

On The Bubble did not have the best of segments; firstly, I think Colin might have glossed over that Paul wanted to propose. Then, they were timed out on the Daily Double. Finally, the Triple Play saw them get in first, but then the Space Cowboys picked up the remaining two responses on the rebound. Lower Shoulder still led after 30, though, after more strong play.
