Yogesh Raut, an educational blogger, podcast host & writer originally from Springfield, Illinois (14-15, 2 points)![]() |
Andy’s Pregame Thoughts:
As things stand right now, Yogesh Raut has a pair of second place finishes. Regardless of how the first game goes, he could find himself eliminated if things do not break his way in this one. However, a win from Victoria in the first makes things much easier for Yogesh. Yogesh is a 41.2% chance to win this, per the Unified Prediction Model, compared with 31.9% for Juveria and 26.9% for Isaac.

In Final Jeopardy are the judges just as lax about “in the form of a question” not having to be grammatical[?] during regular daily shows as they seem to be in Masters? I wouldn’t consider “Where St. Lucia?” nor “Also St. Lucia?” to be any more a legitimate question than just “St. Lucia?” though perhaps such as this would also be allowed in regular daily Jeopardy shows but the players are less likely to risk it. It seems to me that writing “Also, St. Lucia?” is no better than during Double Jeopardy saying “Soooo, St. Looocheeeaah?”
