More information about Final Jeopardy:

Written for the 1913 season of the Ballets Russes, Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring was considered so avant-garde that its debut performance was later said to have caused a riot, though accounts differ as to whether the riot was caused by the music or Vaslav Nijinsky’s choreography.

The Rite of Spring was Stravinsky’s third work for the Ballets Russes, after 1910’s Firebird and 1911’s Petrushka; The Rite of Spring was later featured in Disney’ 1940 masterpiece Fantasia.

  1. Hi Andy,

Thank you as always. One small correction: you still have yesterday’s answer for FJ, Sandra Day O’Connor, up. Should be Stravinsky, I believe. Thanks again.
