Andy’s Pregame Thoughts:

I’m going to sound like a broken record with this, but with six of them to be found on the Celebrity game boards, Daily Double finding will 100% be the order of the day. And this game will absolutely come down to who finds them and who takes best advantage of them. If he finds them, John Michael Higgins realized just how much fun it was to double his score, while Wil Wheaton found the last four in his quarter-final. Joel Kim Booster took a slightly more traditional approach to winning his game last week—being quickest on the signaling device. Whether that will work for him or not in this semifinal is still to be seen. One thing’s for sure, though: Joel Kim Booster earned a lot of props for venturing into last week’s Reddit game thread to join the discussion!

Who will be joining Ike Barinholtz in the million-dollar final in February? We’ll see at the end of tonight!

For those who don’t know, the next episode of Celebrity Jeopardy! will air on Thursday, January 5.

PSA: The best way to keep COVID-19 at bay (and keep Jeopardy! producing new episodes) is for everybody to get their vaccinations as soon as they can, including any boosters as recommended. When wearing a mask, please ensure that your mask covers both your nose and your mouth.

I’m expecting the FJs for the ToC Finals to be even harder and I’m already on a four game losing streak, so I really need this one tonight 🤞😬

    • Michael Johnston | November 13, 2022 at 9:12 pm |

whew! That one was pretty easy, I was even ready to answer Milady de Winter for the villainess.
Now to see if I can build on today’s success and try to avoid another losing week 🤞😅

  2. I applaud Wil Wheaton for his willingness to discuss his experience as an abuse survivor in front of a national audience.

  3. I’m rooting for Wil for a variety of reasons. I’m proud of him getting his story out there. But I absolutely loved his utter surprised joy when he won tonight.

  4. The next episode isn’t until JANUARY?!

I need my weekly dose of feeling smart after feeling like a dummy during TOC!

  5. This was truly a great match!

  6. Esn. Crusher must have doing some studying in between his shifts on the Enterprise’s bridge! Wil played an exellent game, bet well on the Daily Doubles. Wonder how Sir Patrick, and, the other Next Generation cast members feel about Wil’s accomplishments on Celebrity Jeopardy, and, elsewhere.
As for the Final Jeopardy in this game, remembering that the Three Musketeers were actually a foursome, and, of course set in France, guessed The Three Musketeers, and, like Micheal, was pleasantly surprised I was right.
Since Celebrity Jeopardy, and, presumably the rest of the current ABC Sunday night line up, are on a break until after the New Year,I’m assuming that award shows, other entertainment specials, and sports, will be what is filling in.

  7. Great job to Will Wheaton obviously, but not too many are mentioning how good Joel Kim Booster did. Honestly if he had gotten those Daily Doubles we might be talking about a different champion. But credit to Wheaton for those big, bold bets.

Hello. My father was mentioned either as an answer or in host discussion after the question was answered on the 11/13/2022 episode of Celebrity Jeopardy. It concerned the Clinton Presidential Library. My father was the architect, James Stewart Polshek. He died recently and my mother, his widow, really want to hear the section of the broadcast mentioning him. Can you help us find this.
