Oh, Snap! GOP Yahoos Gain Ire Of Former Contestant

I think we can put this one in the category of “not too Swift”…

In announcing its “Snap Of The Union”, the Republican Party elected to go with a GIF of Louis Virtel’s famous snap on the show after a Daily Double last season.

Needless to say, Virtel, who shares as many values with the GOP as Liliput and Brobdingnag do with each other, is not particularly impressed.

In this tweet, Louis has asked the Republicans to stop using his image:

I’m not entirely sure if the GOP plans on actually honoring the request, but it certainly seems like the GOP’s collective eggs need a bit of a crack after this one! On the little end, clearly.
