Who is Al Pacino?

Did you know that you can now find game-by-game stats of everyone, including Austin Rogers, who has won 10 or more games on Jeopardy!, here on the site?

This exact question came up at a pub quiz that I was playing last summer. Our team definitely got this question when I was playing it at pub quiz, and I definitely got it today. Al Pacino won his Oscar of Best Actor for his role in Scent of a Woman, and was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Glengarry Glen Ross.

Also, I’d like to throw some kudos to the writing staff. Their use of “For 1992” to open the question perfectly pins the question to “1992 films”, even though the Oscars are presented in 1993. Well done.

In memory of Cindy Stowell, I’ll be donating $2 to the Cancer Research Institute for every item sold in November from our store! Here are our top sellers; all prices are in US dollars!

It’s Official!! Jon Eisenman is now in the ToC. Welcome aboard!!

  2. This is a reminder that this is a fan site with no ties to the production staff of the show.

If you’d like to contact the show’s production staff regarding any clue you may have seen on the show tonight, you can visit the feedback page at

  3. In the Ichthyology category, Alex Trebek misspoke the term elasmobranch. The last syllable should be pronounced as if it were spelled BRANK, not BRANCH (which is the way that Alex Trebek pronounced it).

  4. Those pop categories (yeah, marriages and that other one) were murder. Sorry, Anand…

  5. I hope we have our first all ladies game of season 34 on Friday, but I’m not sure yet until tomorrow.
