The Nobel Prize website details all of Winston Churchill’s nominations. He was nominated 21 times over 7 different years for the Literature prize (in 1946, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, and 1953); the latter nominations likely came as a result of Churchill’s six-volume The Second World War, whose first volume, The Gathering Storm. was released in 1948. Churchill also received Peace Prize nominations in 1945 and 1950.

i got this one after going off on a bit of a mental tangent.
that is alot of nominations so it rules out a ton of potential people
is the “literature” victory legit? not a jeopardy inquiry but a Nobel Committee one
