Correct response: Who is Harry Truman?
More information about Final Jeopardy:
Harry Truman’s 1947 State of the Union address was the first to be televised; it wasn’t until Lyndon Johnson’s 1965 address where the tradition of the State of the Union being delivered during prime time began. (For completeness’ sake, the 1923 State of the Union, delivered by Calvin Coolidge, was the first broadcast on radio.)

Andy’s Thoughts:
- Please remember to be kind to the contestants. Sometimes the game material just doesn’t hit their strong points; additionally, it is very easy to be thrown for a loop by the pressure of Studio 10. You could definitely tell that Khalilah was thrown off at times by some of the incorrect responses.

Low scoring games like this produce their own style of interest and weird possibilities, such as Susan needing the last revealed clue to be eligible for FJ and then she would’ve won with a correct response.
Indeed. Another interesting point is that this was a rare case where Khalilah could have well justified playing for a tie (betting only 4400) since this would have prevented a loss with a double-up by Susan. Andy is the wagering expert around here, but I’m sure there is a mathematical axiom for this situation – where the difference between first and second is exactly equal to the third place person’s total pre-FJ.
I agree too. Just getting around to watching last week’s games, other things obviously on my mind. This game was strangely entertaining, lots of stuff going on!
Wow! Lowest scoring game of the season so far!
