I haven’t been able to count negs yet, but I suspect that there were a lot of them! Lots of Triple Stumpers too!

What is Stromboli?

[collapse]

Ellen 2000 – 2000 = 0 (No answer)
Ben 3000 – 3000 = 0 (Corsica)
Amelia 6000 – 0 = 6000 (Corsica) (3-day total: $43,000)

This was a really difficult Final, too! Interesting that Amelia decided to take her chances on a tiebreaker rather than go for the win outright. We haven’t had a 4-time champion since Matt Jackson; will Amelia be the first tomorrow?

As Keith pointed out in his video last night as well, “Stromboli” came up in LearnedLeague back in August. I didn’t get it then, either.

  1. I’ve been searching the internet for information about a question about a dwelling with 61 bathrooms. The episode aired January 14, 2016.

There was definitely a clue; I don’t remember its specific wording. I’ll check J! Archive in the next couple of days.

  2. It was San Simeon, Hearst’s castle – and I couldn’t come up with it 🙁

  3. Yes, it was San Simeon. And I SHOULD have gotten it – I’ve actually been there (albeit many many years ago)! I guess my brain was just caught up being under those bright Jeopardy! lights at the moment. But that answer could have perhaps helped my cause at the end…
