Amy’s interview (posted because of the video. I disagree with the attached comment editorially. I enjoyed the interview.)
September 15th, 2016
The question was in the “Hoover” category regarding Herbert Hoover’s Inaugeration Day, there were two inches of rain that day and that did not bode well.
Scott Bateman simply answered’ “1929.”
Scott did not say, “What is 1929?”
We double checked Scott’s answer on our DVR twice.
Thank you for your attention.

I don’t recall the phrasing being missed here. There have been a couple of times during Scott’s run where he said it quickly.
Moreover, you are the only person to have pointed this out. Normally, when something like this is missed, there are at least a half a dozen people between Twitter and Facebook who say something.
That being said, a failure to phrase, by rule, is not penalized in the Jeopardy! round — only Double Jeopardy!.
that wasn’t the final category on MY TV on the 15th. We got the 14th show yesterday. They must be showing them a day behind here.
Yes, Anne.
A few markets on the West Coast did this week because of the Rams-49ers Monday Night Football game simulcast on ABC.
However, for most of the country, this was the Sept. 15 episode and I date them on the site accordingly.
Some episodes have been moved due to Thursday Night Football. My local affiliate here in Virginia moved the Thursday episode to Friday and the Friday episode to Saturday night after the 11PM news.
