What are India and Pakistan?
The original group of the Commonwealth of Nations consisted of Australia, Canada, Ireland, Newfoundland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. India and Pakistan joined upon their 1947 independence. Sri Lanka joined in 1948, where Newfoundland (when it became a Canadian province) and Ireland (when it became the Republic of Ireland) left in 1949. It was created by the 1931 Statute of Westminster, which also established the legislative independence of Britain’s dominions at the time.
Interestingly enough, it was a constitutional crisis in 1925 in Canada, known as the King-Byng Affair, which provided a great deal of impetus for the discussions which led to the formation of the Commonwealth.

nice payday! could have made it an even 30 K, just for the heck of it. TYhe FJK was relatively easy imo, you just had to think who became independent around that time and had really strong relations with the U.K. Nevertheless, nice job!!
Didn’t she finish with 29 K even, not 29.200 ?????
Thanks for the correction. Somehow misread my notes.
When will the next jeopardy live panel air?
The next three weeks, #JeopardyLivePanel will be airing on Tuesday evenings.
Why wasn’t Eric in final jeopardy round? I tuned in just as FJ clue was given and he was not at his podium .
When you’re at a negative score going into Final, by rule, you may not participate in Final Jeopardy.
I have no idea what happened on the last clue in DJ! after Eric making a TDD and getting it wrong.
he got the last clue wrong, that put him in the red and out of FJ.
