One thing that I don’t understand about people: What do people have against excellence these days? You’re getting to watch one of the greatest players of all time play Jeopardy!, and your reaction is “Miss me with this”? No. Moreover, I have found that Matt has been one of the nicest champions, in the echelons of Buzzy Cohen in terms of just how great of a person he is. Just ask any of the people Matt has defeated; every single one of those players that I have spoken to have had nothing but kind things to say about Matt.
PSA: The best way to keep COVID-19 at bay (and keep Jeopardy! producing new episodes) is for everybody to get their vaccinations as soon as they are able to. When wearing a mask, ensure that your mask covers both your nose and your mouth.

The Hippocrene Spring, in Greek mythology, was created by the hooves of Pegasus on Mt. Helicon; drinking its water was said to give the drinker poetic inspiration.
The Pegasus, one of the most famous creatuers in Greek myth, was the famed winged horse that, in some myths, was born when Perseus decapitated its mother Medusa. It has also been said that springs would generally burst forth whenever the Pegasus’ hooves struck ground.
