The Daily Double finally came out on the 29th clue of the round! Hannah got to play it (a video clue) at CONSTITUTION USA $800: Scores were:

Hannah bet $1,200. Her clue: A New London, Connecticut fight over this, government power to take private property, ended with land seized and nothing built. Hannah’s correct response put her at $5,400.

The first Daily Double in the round came out early, at EUROPEAN CITIES $1600. Scores were:

Hannah bet $2,400. Her clue: This Bavarian city traces its origins to a Benedictine monestary at Tegernsee. The correct answer was the best guess I could come up with, and Hannah said the same thing! Her score moved to $10,400.

Jed kept up picking up $2,000 clues and moved up nicely! He also played the final Daily Double, under THIS IS HUGE $1600! Scores were:

Jed bet $3,000. His clue: A synonym for “huge” starts the name of this model of large-screen TV developed by Sony & seen in stadiums. His instant correct response put him at $10,400.

Julia did well in MOVIE VILLAINS, except for the $2,000 clue, which Jed picked up (Surprise, surprise!)
