What is the (Goodyear) Blimp?
An iconic form of American advertising, the Goodyear Blimp (though not technically a blimp anymore as both of the airships in the fleet are now semi-rigid) has existed as part of the Goodyear advertising fleet since just after World War I. They are known for both aerial advertising as well as (since the 1955 Tournament of Roses parade) providing aerial television coverage of sporting and other events.
Delivery before December 25 is unlikely on any orders at this point. However, you can still get all of the items from The Jeopardy! Fan Online Store. Here are our top sellers; all prices are in US dollars!

Akron should provide a great clue.
Yes, except Goodyear makes more than one thing. 😉
Indeed it does – and it’s also possible to get stuck on other events held there, and end up on “soapbox.”
Writing before show results are posted – while the clue seems straightforward enough, I’m wondering if a response of “What is a blimp?” would be sufficient, and if anyone had that.
None of the contestant responses included the word, “Goodyear.”
Amazing, i thought we would have a 3/3. The wing in the Goodyear logo together with “Wingfoot” (Wing=fly, foot .footwear) should have been sure clues. Well, 2 ain’t bad. Smart and lucky bet by Craig. I thought that the deal the Cleveland Cavs made should have helped too, after all we had 3 guys today. Well, Craig obviously hoped that Bryce would be wrong and he was. Kind of in the area but was stuck on the tire part of Akron, after all the rubber capital.Good to see they got all DDs. So, congrats! Just wonder when we will get our next 5 time champ?
Doesn’t Bryce look very similar to Anthony Rapp in the movie ‘Rent’?

Would the judges accepted airship?
Maybe? I’m not sure. I have no contact with the judges.
