More information about Final Jeopardy:

The 2003 Broadway musical Wicked was not directly based upon L. Frank Baum’s series of books; instead, it was based upon Gregory Maguire’s Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, published in 1995. The book takes place in the years prior to Dorothy’s arrival in Oz and focuses on Elphaba Thropp (who later became known as the Wicked Witch of the West). Sequels to the book include 2005’s “Son of a Witch”, 2008’s “A Lion Among Men”, and 2011’s “Out of Oz”.
