Overall Thoughts: After seeing how close Sophia Weng came to victory last week, I think it’s hard to predict who will end up winning this one!

Long Nguyen Las Vegas, Nevada ![]() 18 correct, 2 incorrect 0/1 on rebound attempts (on 2 rebound opportunities) 28.07% in first on buzzer (16/57) 1/2 on Daily Doubles (Net Earned: -$10,800) 1/1 in Final Jeopardy Average Coryat: $11,800 Long’s first game: March 14, 2023 Long was giving Stephen Webb a tough game before missing a late True Daily Double. The amount of disrespect Long has received on Reddit, though, before and after the announcement of the Second Chance players, has been palpable. I can tell you that Long has been preparing hard for this event and he will be very difficult to defeat. |
|
Allison Strekal Missoula, Montana ![]() 22 correct, 4 incorrect 4/4 on rebound attempts (on 5 rebound opportunities) 35.71% in first on buzzer (20/56) 0/0 on Daily Doubles 0/1 in Final Jeopardy Average Coryat: $17,000 Allison’s first game: June 8, 2023 Allison had a commanding lead late in her game, but let Suresh Krishnan double up through a Daily Double, to her demise. |

Overall Thoughts: I’d like to see Long do well, if only to prove Reddit’s “prognosticators” wrong. Replace this!
